Rossana brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the forefront to provide extensive training to agents, in all aspects of real estate. She is passionate and dedicated to assisting each agent in reaching their full potential.

She has spent the last 24+ years representing large capacity real estate funds with flip portfolios, rental and property management portfolios, evictions, auction and foreclosure sales, bulk purchases, trustee sales and short sales.

She has assisted investors and homeowners in assessing rehabilitation costs, purchase price and resale values to meet clients annualized unleveraged and leveraged desired returns. Determining initial acquisition price, rehab costs, future appreciation, future resale value, and rental rates of return for real estate portfolios are a few of her strengths.

Her experience also includes, overseeing and guiding contractors on property rehabs, decades of interior design experience, overseeing construction rehab, overseeing all aspects of loans; including managing broker trust funds on behalf of her clients, managing construction lines, construction loan submission and compliance.

She property managed over $50 million in real estate assets, oversaw remodeling, minimized vacancies, and handled all aspects of leasing and property management of over 160 properties including evictions, cash for keys, minimizing tenant turnover and vacancies.

Rossana is a mother of two amazing daughters, who are trilingual in Spanish, French and English. Her eldest daughter is venturing to Paris for college and her youngest is a sports enthusiast having played seven different sports. In her spare time, she enjoys hot yoga, swimming, bike riding, and spending time with her children.

She is a strong supporter of charity events, galas, and teaching her children to give back to the world with humility, and pay it forward.
